Her artistic work focuses on interactive formats and perception-based approaches, questioning habitual ways of seeing and experiencing the body.<\/p>\n<p>She studied choreography and dance at SEAD (Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance), where yoga was a central component of her training.<\/p>\n<p>As a performer, she has collaborated with artists such as Trisha Brown and performed in international contexts, including the documenta. Her work includes award-winning pieces such as \u201cSide way back\u201d and has been supported by institutions such as the Berlin Senate. Her practice also extends into photography.<\/p>\n<p>Alongside her artistic practice, yoga has become an essential part of her work. Her teaching is shaped by years of experience in dance-based and somatic practices, offering a calm and grounded approach that connects breath, flow and awareness.
