Pilates, Flow Yoga & Movement
Pilates is a movement method designed to elongate, strengthen and rebalance the body. In my teaching, it is combined with Flow Yoga (Vinyasa-inspired) to create a fluid, integrated practice that connects strength, mobility and breath.
Yoga has been a core element of my professional work for over 20 years. Shaped by many years of professional experience in movement, dance and choreography, I have developed my own teaching style, where flow, coordination and embodied awareness play a central role. Elements of creative movement naturally enrich the practice, supporting presence, ease and a sense of inner flow.
Mindfulness and simple meditative elements round out the sessions, inviting a deeper connection to the body and breath. The practice is adaptable and accessible for all levels.
Teresa Isabella Mayer is a certified Pilates instructor, trained at Body in Balance Studio Berlin, qualified to teach Mat and Reformer classes as well as individual sessions.
