Yoga has been a constant thread throughout  my life – a practice of listening, moving and returning to the breath. Over more than 20 years of working with dance and yoga, I have developed my own teaching style, where flow, coordination and embodied awareness play a central role. Elements of creative movement naturally enrich the practice, supporting presence, ease and a sense of inner flow.

Pilates is a movement method designed to elongate, strengthen and rebalance the body. In my teaching, it is combined with  Yoga (Vinyasa-inspired) to create a fluid, integrated practice that connects strength, mobility and breath.

Mindfulness and simple meditative elements round out the sessions, inviting a deeper connection to the body and breath. The practice is adaptable and accessible for all levels.
