New: Yoga & Movement Retreat in the Bavarian Alps

In October I will be offering a Yoga & Movement Retreat at the beautiful Mountain Retreat Center in the Chiemgau region of Bavaria.

The retreat combines yoga, pilates, dance and mindful movement with time in nature.
